Singing Valentines

The D'Accord quartet of the Concord Coachmen Chorus traveled around Concord on Friday, February 12, 2010, performing "Singing Valentines" to sweethearts, as well as a few impromptu performances at Dunkin' Donuts and Harris Hill Nursing Home. There were so many orders for the special Valentines that three quartets from the Coachmen group were out singing. "This is the highlight of the year," said bass singer Paul Parnass. Valentines costed $39 each and included a rose. The D'Accord quartet had one extra lead singer this year, so that everyone who wanted to perform the Valentines had an opportunity to do so.
