2. CONCORD girls’ x-c skiing (2) There will be plenty of snow for the Crimson Tide’s race on Wednesday.

3. MERRIMACK VALLEY GIRLS’ BASKETBALL (nr) The first-place Pride (3-0) impressed during the holiday tournament.

4. BOW HOCKEY (nr) The Falcons (3-0) have outscored their opponents 23-3.

5. BOW GIRLS’ X-C SKIING (3) The four-time defending D-III champs won’t ski again until Jan. 11.

6. BISHOP BRADY GIRLS’ BASKETBALL (8) The Green Giants are one of three 4-0 teams in D-III.

7. HOPKINTON GIRLS’ X-C SKIING (4) The nine-time defending D-IV champs open their season on Tuesday.

8. CONCORD BOYS’ X-C SKIING (5) Bedford will provide the Tide a good test on Wednesday at Legacy Park.

9. CONCORD WRESTLING (NR) After losing the season opener, the Tide has won four straight dual meets.

10. PEMBROKE GIRLS’ BASKETBALL (NR) The Spartans (3-1) sit in second place in D-II.
