Fisher Cats edged by Trenton Thunder, 2-1

Aaron Sanchez pitched 6.1 shutout innings, but the New Hampshire Fisher Cats gave up a pair of runs after his exit en route to a 2-1 loss to the Trenton Thunder yesterday.

Sanchez struck out six in the start for the Fisher Cats, but had to leave with the game scoreless. The Thunder scored two runs off of Richard Bleier, the final of which broke a 1-1 tie and gave Trenton the lead for good.

Brad Glenn grounded out to score the lone New Hampshire run.

Taylor Garrison got the win for Trenton, earning his first victory of the season.
