Fisher Cats reliever takes loss as East loses to West in Eastern League All-Star Game

Dim night for stars

New Hampshire’s Dustin Antolin allowed four runs in just two-thirds of an inning and took the loss as the Eastern Division lost to the Western Division, 5-2, last night in the Eastern League All-Star Game in Altoona, Pa.

Antolin entered with the game tied at 1, then allowed two walks and a single before the West’s Steven Moya drilled a grand slam to make it 5-1.

Randy Boone, another Fisher Cats reliever, came in and retired the side. Boone also got two outs in the sixth before coming out of the game. He struck out one in his inning of work. New Hampshire’s third All-Star representative, second baseman Jon Berti, drove in the East’s second run with an RBI groundout in the eighth inning.
