Glenn homers twice to lead Fisher Cats over Senators

Brad Glenn hit a pair of home runs and drove home a season-high four runs to power the New Hampshire Fisher Cats to a 6-4 victory over the Harrisburg Senators last night. Glenn’s second two-homer night of the season helped the Fisher Cats (65-71) break a five-game losing streak and even their series with Harrisburg (50-86) at one game each.

Ben White earned the victory in his Double-A debut, pitching 6.1 innings and allowing four hits, three walks and three runs while striking out seven. Gregory Infante pitched a scoreless ninth for his 21st save.

The teams meet again tonight at 6:35 for the third game of the four-game series, with the Fisher Cats’ Casey Lawrence (9-8, 3.71) taking on Harrisburg’s Zack Kroenke (2-8, 6.53).
