Fisher Cats allow four runs in the fifth en route to 8-5 loss.

The New Britain Rock Cats rallied to beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 8-5, yesterday at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. The Fisher Cats grabbed a 4-3 lead in the third, but four fifth-inning runs for the Rock Cats put New Britain up for good.

Kevin Pillar had two hits and two RBI, while Brad Glenn had three hits and two doubles and Adam Loewen drove in a run with a single. Chorye Spoone was saddled with the loss, falling to 1-2.

The Fisher Cats will try to avoid the sweep today in a morning tilt. The first pitch is scheduled for 10:35 a.m.
