Describe your season in one word. My season in one word was memorable.

How did it feel to run at nationals for a second year? How was it different than last year? It was definitely an easier thing to run at nationals for a second time because this time I knew what was going to be there and I wasn’t overwhelmed by the big track or the new place or anything. I was there to compete and have a good time doing that and that’s what I did. :)

What was the feeling of having to go to meets all over the country? Going to North Carolina and Seattle for races was really fun. I was definitely tired during the experience but it was totally worth it and I had a lot of fun and met new people, too.

What was the competition like? Did it meet what you expected going in? The competition was big, There were girls running 2:03 and 2:04 800m and I was so excited for that since I had been wanting to get my time down the whole season. It did meet what I expected.

How does going up against the best in the country affect your performance? I think going up against the best made my performance better. Since I was running against faster girls I would try to stay with them and in doing so I would get faster times.

Which is more difficult – the 800 or 1,600? It really depends. They have different ways of running them. I wouldn’t say that one is more difficult than the other, though they both hurt if you run them right.

Who is the toughest runner you’ve competed against? I’d say one of the toughest runners I’ve ever competed against was Alexa Efraimson (from Camas, Wash.). She is wicked fast.

What other track or field events do you wish you were good at? I wish I was good at pole vault because I think that would be a really cool thing to compete in.

Best coaching advice you’ve ever had? The best coaching advice I’ve ever had is hard to pick, but I’d say it would probably be to just compete and be myself, because if I do that then it’ll all work out.

What is the Coe-Brown girls’ track team’s greatest strength? I think our greatest strength is having great coaches, and overall just being a really close team. We joke around a lot, but we also know when we have to be serious and compete.

How would you improve high school track and field in NH? I’m not sure.

If you had to change Coe-Brown’s team name from the Bears, what would other name would you pick? I wouldn’t change it.

If you could be on any reality show, which would you pick? I would probably want to be on Modern Family because it’s really funny.

What’s your hidden talent? Haha, I don’t really have a hidden talent. I can jump rope pretty well, haha.

What is your dream vacation? My dream vacation would probably be to go all over Europe, maybe even live there for a while. It looks like an amazing place.

What is your favorite restaurant? My favorite restaurant is probably Olive Garden; I love their bread sticks.

If you could go do any professional sporting event, what would it be? I mean running would be really cool, haha.

If you could travel through time, where and when would you go? If I could travel through time I would probably go to the 1950s, because from movies I’ve seen it looked like a really fun decade.

What is your favorite TV show? My favorite show is The Bachelor.

What are your goals for next season? My goals for spring track next season are to bring down my 1,600 and 800 times and to just make it a great season and to embrace it since it is my last one of high school.
