Bow dominates Sanborn in boys’ tennis opener

The Bow High boys’ tennis team started its season off with a dominant performance, defeating Sanborn, 9-0, yesterday. The Falcons lost just five total games and shut out the Indians in seven of the nine matches.

Zach Zbehlik, Arun Luckoor, Evan Maccani and Harrison Beck all recorded 8-0 victories for Bow on the first four singles courts. Tim Bradley won his match, 8-3, at No. 5, and Nathan Louf defeated his opponent, 8-2, at sixth singles.

In doubles play, the teams of Zbelik and Luckoor (No. 1), Maccani and Beck (No. 2) and Bradley and Louf (No. 3) all recorded 8-0 wins.

Bow hosts Portsmouth Christian on Friday.
