N.H., Vermont tie in Lions Cup girls’ soccer game

The New Hampshire and Vermont girls tied, 2-2, in yesterday’s Lions Cup Twin State soccer game at Castleton State College in Vermont. New Hampshire’s scoring came from a pair of area players, as Courtney Benson of Hopkinton and Sarah Carlson of Bow found the back of the net. Carlson also had an assist on Benson’s goal.
