Nolan’s big day carries Fisher Cats over Fightin’ Phils

Nashua native Kevin Nolan hit his first home run for the Fisher Cats and drove in four runs and Brad Glenn matched a career-high with five RBI as New Hampshire beat the Reading Fightin’ Phils, 15-5, yesterday.

The Fisher Cats (14-16) rolled to an early 9-0 lead and made a winner of starter Austin Bibens-Dirkx, who worked five innings to improve to 3-3. He allowed three hits and two runs (one earned), while walking one and striking five.
