The idea of the city of Concord going to court to test the constitutionality of a tax cap that can easily be overridden by the city council if circumstances require is just preposterous.
This is really another slap in the face at city taxpayers, who were first denied a chance to vote on the tax cap this year because of course it would likely have passed and our disingenuous city…
