Holt was selected by American League Manager Ned Yost, while Bogaerts is among five players up for voting by fans for the final spot. It’s the first All-Star nod for Holt, who is hitting .295 with 30 runs scored, 15 doubles, four triples, two homers, 21 RBI, five steals and 30 walks in 66 games.
