Many criminals who rape teens claim they can't control themselves. But of course, they just say that to justify what they did, and so they won't hate themselves, even though everyone else does.

This story is just another example of how a restraining order is usually ineffective and is a joke.

On the other hand, this bill is an example of how change can be made regarding the law on domestic abuse and crime in general. Revenge against the perpetrator is unnecessary, because changing the law can happen.

And changing the law is more effective because it helps more victims.

Some who knew this man didn't think he was capable of murdering a 1 year old. But this goes to show you that you never know what's going through someone's mind.

Some automatically believe someone is innocent of a crime just because they know them somewhat well, But that is foolish.

I can only hope the truth comes out in court.

Only in America can you drink and drive a boat and somehow get off on the charges of driving while intoxicated.

Whoever is committing these burglaries is asking for a shotgun blast to the face or chest, which is why I'm all for most homeowners having the right to own a gun.
