Welcome to the new world, we all have to make sacrifices. Hopkinton's teachers are still
making more than most school systems in NH.
You still make a pretty good salary for only having to work 180 days a year.
You know state employee we are also working without a contract but I do not see the monitor having a pity party for us like they seem to be doing here for you.
I wish I had every summer off. I really dont feel all that bad for you guys.

who do their littlekitchen tours and celebrate themselves and try to out do
each other.........

As a business owner I would say I have gotten to know all parts
of this town pretty darn well in my 30+ years here.

I am proud that we voted no, I am proud that we are not letting the
legislature and Governor intimidate us. Yes some people will be laid off but
its funny how the numbers are far less than Lynch threatened. Had we voted to
adopt the contract we would have seen the same layoffs and would have been
under a weaker contract. The sad thing about the layoffs is that upper management
will more than likely not be affected at all.

I urge all fellow SEA members to not vote yes on a new contract, the state is not giving us anything better than our current deal. Do not believe anything coming out of the SEA camp as their interest is in securing our dues and not the security of its members wake up people its just scare tactics!!!!!!!!
We have worked without a contract before and can do it again
Reject this contract whatever it is and hold your ground go evergreen people!

Folks we need to vote no on this contract and stand our ground.
I cant believe how many people believe it it better to roll over and
let people control their lives through the use of threats and fear.
This includes the SEA as they employ fear tactics as well!
Trust me on this one and vote NO!!!!!!! and go evergreen
