Girls’ Soccer

Kearsarge 10, Mascoma Valley 0

Key players: Kearsarge  – Ella Stocker (3 goals), Caroline Camp (goal), Estelle Chmura (goal), Thea Spanos (goal), Loriann Brown (goal)

Highlights: Spanos opened the scoring just eight seconds into the match and the Cougars netted five more for a 6-0 halftime lead. Great defense from Isa Barron, Addy Stadler, Reese Lacombe, Brooke Lacombe and Analiese Blasingame kept Mascoma off the board. Emily Seiler, Madisun LaCasse and Liberti LaCasse all played great games for Mascoma, providing multiple scoring opportunities.

Coach’s quote: “Great game start to finish. We knew Mascoma would come out strong and we wanted to make sure we set the tone early. Our girls came out and played hard as soon as the whistle was blown. Solid lockdown defense kept Mascoma at bay and allowed our team to keep control.” – Kearsarge’s Dave Smith

Records: Kearsarge 4-1; Mascoma 0-4
