Letter: Rogue judges are the norm

It is entirely unsurprising to me that Judge Introcaso avoided jail time. What she did is standard operating procedure in the NH Family Division, appointing friends who serve as GALS with a proven loyalty to the court’s agenda. These judge-selected GAL’s think nothing of throwing the very children they are appointed to protect to the wolves to keep their income stream. Judges also unconstitutionally and entirely without statutory authority pick other witnesses in private divorce and custody cases. A handful of the court-appointed therapists and psychologists in NH have made huge amounts of money on this scenario. Judges often refuse to hear any evidence at all.

They ignore state child support laws, impoverishing one side, usually the mother trying to protect her kids from an abusive father. The judges freely traumatize children with “reunification therapy” with their abusers, without statutory authority. It is not covered by insurance, because the APA says it is unethical. The protective parent, often accused of alienating the abusing parent, is willfully impoverished by the court with this junk science. NH family court judges are even openly hearing cases in which they don’t have jurisdiction, which in itself should be investigated by state authorities. The ultimate result is the children in these cases entering adulthood with absolute distrust of the very courts that was supposed to protect them, but instead exploited them for money. Judge Introcaso is not the only rogue judge in NH. She is a typical example of how the Family Division operates.
