Opinion: Why does ‘Live Free or Die’ not apply to cannabis policy?

The New Hampshire Senate has consistently ignored the overwhelming public support for cannabis legalization, resulting in lost revenue and suffering for citizens, while neighboring states have prospered from doing so.
