Former Franklin police officer Jacob Drouin filed a lawsuit against the city and its police department for wrongful termination, alleging that he was punished for filing a grievance against police leadership and had his career “systematically destroyed through a coordinated campaign of retaliation and discrimination orchestrated by City leadership.”
