The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office has opened an investigation into allegations of abuse at the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center, following a report from the state’s child advocate detailing strict lockdowns, insufficient educational time and outdoor access, and a staff member breaking a child’s arm.
