Concord Family Vision won its home opener with a 12-2 victory over Gallagher, Callahan, & Gartrell. A.J. Dow pitched two innings with four strikeouts and hit an RBI single. Ben Hughes struck out six and hit a home run and had seven RBI to lead the scoring.
Aable Restaurant Equipment beat Above All Collision. Aableโs David Bourgeois pitched three innings for the win, and drove home Oliver Quinn for the game-winning run with two outs in the bottom of the sixth. Aable starter Zanis Louris pitched three shutout innings, striking out seven. For Above All Collision, Jean Deau pitched three solid innings and Bryce Haines went 1-for-2 and scored the tying run in the top of the sixth.
Ben McKean struck out five batters in 4 innings, leading Swenson Granite to an 11-4 victory over Rath, Young and Pignatelli. Swenson scored four times in the first, led by McKean and Austin Hazzard. Dylan DelloIacono and Nick Reynolds closed out the game, combining for three strikeouts in 1 innings.
Suncook Minors Siege Technologies defeated Concord Vermette, 11-6. For Suncook, Jackie Belanger struck out five batters in two innings, while Lindsey Jones struck out the side in the fourth inning and hit a single and Tabitha Boucher played well behind the plate. For Concord, Brooke Wyatt led the offense with two hits while Willa Marino pitched a solid game. Clara McHugh displayed aggressive base running.
The Banks Chevrolet Hopkinton Hawks defeated Merrimack Valley Deck Rite. The Hawks were led by three hits each from Anna OโReilly and Jordyn Barrett, along with two runs from Lily Owen. Deck Rite was led defensively by Nora Navoy and at the plate by Abby Allen.
Storms Fitness of Hopkinton defeated Claudiaโs in AAA action. For Storms, Gina Simpkins went 3-for-3. Ella Martel and Reese Bove also had good at bats and Bove made a great play at second base. For Claudiaโs, Madeline Muller and Evi Raimo were strong in the field and Camdyn Despres had a nice hit.
Capital Soccer Club defeated Dover, 3-0. Lily Hillsgrove had the shutout in net, with strong defensive play by Chloe Morgan, Anna Harlow and Emma Stephenson in front of her. Natalie Daniels and Emma Losey scored the goals.
The St. Paulโs School boysโ tennis team defeated Thayer, 12-3. William Yee, Max Baron, Richard Li and Liam Li won both their singles and doubles matches.

The teams of Mark Douglas and Chris Duhaime and Steve White and Dave Mattson won the two-ball best ball event at Concord Country Club. Both pairs shot a 62, while Steve Goldman and Phil Wise took second place with a score of 63 and Goldman and Bruce Burns shot 64 for third place. Gretchen Knapton won the womenโs event, finishing with the fewest putts (34). Marge Bell and Joann Feldman tied for second with 35 putts.
Corey Richardson, Sue Tullis, John Wallace and Jim Spring shot a 65 to win the Duston Country Club spring bramble event. Fred, Nick, Andrew and Evan Fairneny (70) finished second and Ellen Musinsky, Leah Raabe, Dom Rosa and Paul Cathcart (73) finished third. Chris Raabe had the longest womenโs drive and Phil Grant had the longest drive for the men.
The team of Glen Schadlick, Russ Mathews, Vinny Benincasa and Doug Dow shot 21-under par to win Beaver Meadowโs 1-2-3 Best Ball event. The team of Pete Topolosky, Ray Persinger, Brian Marabella and Mikey Breault tied the winning score of 126, but fell in the playoff. Gregg Fournier Dickie Champagne, Dan Swacha and Chris Lillios finished third.
Penacookโs DโMahl McFadden, a senior on the University of New Hampshire menโs track and field team, won the 110 hurdles in 15.67 seconds, helping the Wildcats to a second-place finish at the UNH pre-conference meet.
Dunbartonโs Cody Murphy, a freshman on the Bentley menโs track and field team, finished eighth out of 20 in the 3,000 at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.
