Andrew Kalgren, 35, of Sanford, Maine, was arrested March 15 on charges of driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. The offenses happened at 2:43 p.m. March 15 on Old Turnpike Road, the police said.

Brittany Rhoades, 18, of Pembroke, was arrested March 16 and charged with 20 counts of forgery, three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The offenses happened in January at the Service Credit Union on Loudon Road and the TD Bank branches on Sheep Davis Road and North Main Street and involved forged checks, the police said. The victim was Rhoades's father, the police said.

Mark Lucier, 50, of Hazel Drive in Concord, was arrested March 18 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. The offenses happened at 6:39 a.m. March 18 on Loudon Road, the police said.

Shiloh Gray, 28, of Sanbornton, was arrested March 19 and charged with theft and driving after revocation or suspension. The offenses happened at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Sears store at the Steeplegate Mall, and a pair of shoes worth $65 was stolen, the police said.

Joshua Melendy, 27, of Clinton Street, Concord, was arrested March 19 and charged with attempt to commit criminal mischief. The offense happened at 11:15 a.m. March 19 at the South Concord Meadows apartments on Clinton Street, and the victim was Melendy's girlfriend, the police said.

Caralee Doyle, 39, of Thompson Street, Concord, was arrested March 20 and charged with theft. The offense happened in April 2009 at the Irving station on Fisherville Road, and a bottle of Mike's Hard Pomegranate Lemonade was stolen, the police said.

Benjamin Stockwell, 21, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons March 20 for negligent driving. The offense happened at 1:47 p.m. March 20 in the parking lot of Concord Hospital, the police said.

Alexander Vincent-Smith, 21, of South Main Street, Concord, was arrested March 20 on a bench warrant.

Krystie Perkins, 24, of Manor Road, Concord, was arrested March 21 on a bench warrant.

Jason Leblanc, 32, of Humphrey Street, Concord, was arrested March 21 on a bench warrant.

John Letendre, 23, of Woodlawn Drive, Allenstown, was arrested March 21 on bench warrants.

Elizabeth Rouleau, 23, of Epsom, was arrested March 21 and charged with willful concealment. The offense happened at 3 p.m. March 4 at the Walmart on Loudon Road, and cookie dough worth $2.99, gold sandals worth $9.99 and a frozen dinner worth $4.99 were stolen, the police said.

Alec Polep, 20, of Boscawen, was arrested March 21 on bench warrants and also charged with criminal threatening, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. The offenses happened in September at the Summer Freeze on Fisherville Road, and the victim was a 20-year-old acquaintance of Polep's, the police said.

Timothy Boucher, 33, of Thompson Street, Concord, was arrested March 21 on a bench warrant.

Derek Wright, 23, of Summer Street, Concord, was arrested March 21 and charged with theft. The offense happened Feb. 3 at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road, and six DVDs worth $58.94 were stolen, the police said.

Nicholas Perry, 33, of Pelham Lane, Concord, was arrested March 22 on a bench warrant.
