Letter: A money-free primary

In your “Rebellion Reaches a Crossroads” editorial (Monitor Opinion, March 17), you advocate for our New Hampshire citizenry being helped to envision a primary cycle free of the corrosive influence of money. That could take a Michael Moore movie, or an Ernest Thompson script, or a Jay Craven directed and locally filmed movie. I’ll copy your op-ed and try to get it to each of them. What about young filmmakers in our state, names unkown?

What would be the last and hardest hurdle to overcome in getting that money gone? Maybe having WMUR-TV and other in-state beneficiaries of the money say “no.” Boston TV corporations, too.
