When students at Bishop Brady High School heard that Beaver Meadow Elementary School needed food items for their backpack program, they came up with a creative way to help. In order to earn dress-down days for their midterm exams, the students donated food to support the Beaver Meadow backpack program, which provides needy students with child-friendly food to sustain them when the school meals they rely on are unavailable. On Feb. 5, Bishop Brady students delivered more than 44 boxes of food to the backpack program.
