Peter Boyle joined Mason + Rich of Concord as its audit manager. He previously was the senior auditor at Ernst & Young in Boston.

Renee Baldini of Penacook was named branch manager at Franklin Savings Bank’s main office in Franklin. She has more than 20 years of experience working for Granite Bank and Beckwith Development Enterprises.

Katy Easterly Martey has been appointed as the Community Development Finance Authority’s new executive director. She has been a part of CDFA since 2011. She most recently served as the organization’s chief program officer.

Donna Ward of Pittsfield was honored with a bronze award by EXIT Realty Corp. International for closing more than 25 real estate transactions in a year.

Patrick Jordan III has been named chief operating officer for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock health system. He previously served as COO at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, Mass.

Kenneth Rubinstein of Hopkinton, a director practicing out of Preti Flaherty’s Boston and Concord offices, has been named co-chair of the construction committee of the Boston Bar Association.
