AutoServ of Tilton gave $4,000 in college scholarships to four Winnisquam Regional High School students.

Associated Grocers of New England in Pembroke donated 3,920 pounds of apples to the New Hampshire Food Bank as part of its Take a Bite Out of Hunger program.

TD Bank employees in Tilton volunteered at the Spaulding Youth Center to paint the gym and donated some of the supplies.

Northeast Delta Dental gave a $5,000 grant to Harbor Homes for a mobile wellness center dental clinic for low-income New Hampshire residents.

Dollar General opened a new location at 15 Gilmanton Road in Belmont.

New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp – which includes Merrimack County Savings Bank, MillRiver Wealth Management and Meredith Village Savings Bank – pledged $2,374 to Second Start in Concord. It also matched employee contributions to more than $47,000 for the Granite United Way.
