New England College held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Rosamond Page Putnam Center on Oct. 21.

Kayla Douglas of Natural Canine Salon and Spa placed third in the terrier class and second in the salon freestyle at the New England Grooming Show. She also won best first-time competitor.
