Concord Hospital and Concord Hospital Medical Group launched a new information system Dec. 1. The Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Information system, Project Cerner, will replace all clinical and administrative revenue systems with an integrated system that allows all Concord Hospital health care providers access to patients’ entire record of care, including vital information such as medical problems, medications, allergies, laboratory and test results. This transformation will streamline each patient’s health care experience, particularly for those being treated by multiple providers in the Concord Hospital system.
