A second-grade teacher at Center Woods Elementary School, Linda Gosselin, has long entered the Scholastic Book Club Giveaway. This year, her persistence paid off when she was recently notified that she’d won $500 and 500 points for classroom books in the James Patterson and Scholastic Book Club Giveaway. Mrs. Gosselin’s entry was among the 4,000 winners randomly selected from 127,000 entries in this contest for pre-k through grade 12 U.S. teachers.
