Cold and wind made it tough to groom cross country trails at Beaver Meadow Golf Course in Concord on Monday. 

The temperature remains well below freezing with a high of 3 degrees and a low of negative 5 degrees on Monday, according to AccuWeather. Temperatures will rise later in the week, with a high of 46 degrees and rain expected on Thursday.
