What was the biggest challenge you or your team faced this season and how did you overcome it? Being a young team, we had little to no experience at the varsity level. I think the more games we played, the more we improved.

Who was the unsung hero of your team? Logan Hannigan. He played everywhere in the infield, but mostly third and short. He was great for us. He really stepped up for us hitting and fielding, he even did a little pitching. He did everything as he was asked of. He’s a great teammate and a strong ball player.

If you could improve high school baseball in New Hampshire, what would you do? I would want to play more games so teams can have more experience and be stronger.

Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they? No, I really don’t.

What are some of the unwritten rules of your sport? Be respectful, play the game with class and no bush league play.

Who on your team, coaches included, reminds you of a character in a TV show or movie? Jacob Fishervalley reminds me of Patrick from Spongebob. He’s a funny kid and a big goof.

If life were a video game, what would some of the cheat codes be? The ability to get answers on tests.

What is something that is really popular now, but in five years everyone will look back on and be embarrassed by? Our record as a team.

Where do you get your news? On my phone.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made? I bought a Marucci baseball bat. My worst is when I bought some cheap wood bats that broke when I first used them.

What’s the most ridiculous fact you know? China uses the most wind power in the world.

What’s invisible but you wish people could see? See things at night without a flashlight.

If you could go to school in a foreign country, which country would you pick and why? China, because I think the culture there is incredible.

If animals could talk, which would be the rudest? A goat.

What questions would you like to ask a time traveler from 200 years in the future? What is the culture like now.

What is the craziest thing one of your teachers has done? Jump on the table and yell at the class.

What’s the best thing about being a teen? What’s the worst? The best is not paying bills, the worst is you’re not an adult so you don’t always have a choice to make decisions on your own.
