What was the biggest challenge you or your team faced this season and how did you overcome it?

I would say that our biggest challenge was keeping our heads level when we got on a winning streak. It’s easy for a team to get carried away and wrapped up with winning so we had to learn how to cope with that to keep our game consistent.

Who was the unsung hero of your team?

I don’t think we had an unsung hero, we all pitched in and in the end it paid off. Everyone felt it.

If you could improve high school basketball in New Hampshire, what would you do?

Make sure that every school has good tasting water.

Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they?

I have too many. This year I had to make sure that before every game when lineups were called I had to do my hand shake with my best friend. She’d high five me and tell me that I’ve got this. It’s our thing and it helped me focus on the game.

What are some of the unwritten rules of your sport?

If you have to throw up, don’t do it on coach.

Who on your team, coaches included, reminds you of a character in a TV show or movie?

We have a lasting joke in the team because we are so close that we are like a family. Krista is the mom, Taylor is the dad, and I am the grandma. By the end of the season we were hardly addressed by our names.

If life were a video game, what would some of the cheat codes be?

Get as many blocked shots as I could.

What is something that is really popular now, but in five years everyone will look back on and be embarrassed by?

The pictures taken for senior night of all the seniors. We all kind of accepted that they were hilarious.

Where do you get your news?

Daily new I usually learn about in school. Most of my teacher are really good at keeping us up to date with current events.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?

Best would have to be a Tile for my keys (which tracks their location) because I loose them all the time. Worst would be a Netflix subscription because I watch Netflix too much and if I didn’t have one, I wouldn’t watch as much.

What’s invisible but you wish people could see?

I’m not sure, probably love.

If you could go to school in a foreign country, which country would you pick and why?

I would probably want to go to Greece. My boss is from Greece and hearing all of his stories just makes me want to visit so badly.

If animals could talk, which would be the rudest?

Probably my cat Buddy. He sees and hears a lot and I know if he could talk he’d definitely tell me to be quiet.

What questions would you like to ask a time traveler from 200 years in the future?

Will a new series of Friends ever come out?

If you were hired to show tourists what life is really like where you live, what would you show them / have them do?

Although my town is nice it is not too busy. Everyone really likes the scenery here so I would probably take them up to the White Mountains.

What is the craziest thing one of your teachers has done?

I think I would get in trouble if I said.

What’s the best thing about being a teen? What’s the worst?

The best thing about being a teen is finding the couple of people in your life that you know will be solid throughout your life. I have two best friends and I love them to death. Being a teen is hard but everything is so much brighter with them. We do everything together and so it makes everything so much fun. The worst would definitely be the drama. There is always drama.
