What was the biggest challenge you or your team faced this season and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge my team had was coming out of halftime with the same intensity as we had during the start of the game. We knew it was an issue, so we worked on it in practice, and made sure that it didn’t happen anymore.

Who was the unsung hero of your team?

I think there were two on my team, Meredith Smith and Jaden Vincent. They both were huge contributors on the court. Whether that be on the defensive end or on offense, they always hustled, played with heart, and worked extremely hard for the team.

If you could improve high school basketball in New Hampshire, what would you do?

I would make the refs more consistent when it comes to their calls.

Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they?

I always put my right sock on before my left, and the same goes for my shoes.

What are some of the unwritten rules of your sport?

Don’t make a game-deciding call unless it’s obvious.

Who on your team, coaches included, reminds you of a character in a TV show or movie?

I don’t really have anyone on my team that reminds me of anyone from a TV show/movie.

If life were a video game, what would some of the cheat codes be?

I don’t know.

What is something that is really popular now, but in five years everyone will look back on and be embarrassed by?

Where do you get your news?

I don’t watch the news.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?

The best purchase I’ve made is definitely food and the worst is not spending it on food.

What’s the most ridiculous fact you know?

Your nose and ears never stop growing.

What’s invisible but you wish people could see?

If you could go to school in a foreign country, which country would you pick and why?

Greece, because it’s so beautiful and I’ve always wanted to travel there.

If animals could talk, which would be the rudest?

A bird, because they always chirpin’.

What questions would you like to ask a time traveler from 200 years in the future?

I don’t know.

If you were hired to show tourists what life is really like where you live, what would you show them / have them do?

I’d show them Pittsfield’s Balloon Rally.

What is the craziest thing one of your teachers has done?

I don’t know, my teachers are all boring.

What’s the best thing about being a teen? What’s the worst?

The best is not having a lot of responsibilities and playing sports, and the worst is probably high school drama.
