At the beginning of the season, everyone knew we had a reputation of being a terrible defensive team. Coach Otis came in and helped us change that whole culture around. We drilled defense every day right from the start and by the end of the year we had all bought in to the system and had a lot of really good defensive principles.

Who was the unsung hero of your team?
