A Chichester man faces a drunken driving charge after police clocked him traveling at 91 mph in Concord.

Seth O’Donnell, 49, was stopped by New Hampshire State Police at midnight Friday on Interstate 393.

Trooper Kenneth McGrath had observed the vehicle operating hazardously and traveling at a high rate of speed in what is a posted 55 mph zone. Upon making contact with O’Donnell, the trooper observed signs of impairment and conducted a roadside investigation.

“The operator was subsequently arrested and transported to NHSP Troop D for processing where he refused to cooperate with any testing process,” police said.

O’Donnell faces a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, as well as violations for speed and driving an uninspected vehicle. He was released on bail conditions and will be arraigned in Concord’s district court at a later date.
