Wednesday, February 07, 2018

The City of Concord has declared a winter storm parking ban. No on-street parking will be permitted from midnight to 7 a.m. on Thursday.

Parking is available free of charge in the city’s garages from 5 p.m. Wednesday to 8 a.m. Thursday.

Cars parked on the street can be fined $100 and towed away. Owners have to pay a fee of $120 or more up front to the towing company in order to get their cars back.

Numerous downtown Concord residents have had their vehicles towed during recent parking bans.
