High school football has officially returned.
Concord opened practice on Friday at Rundlett Middle School and the Crimson Tide will ramp up the activity as the team approaches the regular season. Double sessions are slated to begin Wednesday with practices running from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The freshman team is scheduled to play in the Freshman Jamboree in Manchester on Aug. 29, and the varsity squad will measure up this year’s competition at the Queen City Jamboree in Manchester on Aug. 30.
This all leads to the varsity team’s opening night on Sept. 6 at Londonderry. Concord’s first home game is Sept. 13 against Bedford.
