A Pembroke man accused of sexual assault in Merrimack and Coos counties now faces new charges alleging he molested a girl in Nashua.

Robert Pratt, 58, was arrested Friday on a warrant and charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Police said Pratt sexually assaulted a girl he knew in 1997 and 1998.

He now faces a total of 10 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in three New Hampshire counties.

Nashua police began their investigation into allegations against Pratt last month – around the same time he was arrested by Pembroke police on similar sex assault allegations dating back decades. Authorities filed six felony charges against Pratt, alleging he engaged in a pattern of sexual abuse against two girls from 1998 to 2004.

New Hampshire State Police also charged Pratt in late June with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault after alleged abuse reported to authorities in the town of Dummer.

Pratt was arraigned in Nashua’s district court on the new charges Monday. He is out of jail on bail and must wear an electronic monitoring device.
