Police arrested an Allenstown woman Wednesday morning who was suspected of shooting a man on Friday.

Rebecca Manning of 54 Turnpike St. was arrested on one felony count of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, one felony count of reckless conduct and two felony counts of domestic violence, police said.

The shooting victim was hit in the hand and leg, according to reports. He was treated at Concord Hospital and released Saturday morning, Allenstown police Chief Paul Paquette said.

Manning is being held on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord.

Police also said evidence collected during the search would lead to additional arrests.

Officers from the Epsom, Pembroke and Bow police departments helped Allenstown execute Manning’s arrest warrant Wednesday alongside the Central New Hampshire Special Operations Unit – a regional SWAT team – and the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department. Officers responded with an armored vehicle known as a BearCat.
