New Hampshire State Police are investigating a report of shots fired at a residence in Warner early Friday morning.

Police first received a report of gunfire at about 7:20 a.m. Minutes later, the two suspect vehicles were seen traveling south on Interstate 89. Callers reported the vehicles were traveling in a “reckless and aggressive manner” as they continued toward Concord, police said.

Troopers subsequently located and stopped both vehicles at safe locations off the interstate: one at the Park and Ride off exit 2 of I-89 in Concord and the other off Route 3A in Bow.

By late Friday, police said they had identified the individuals involved in the incident and were continuing to conduct interviews with witnesses.

“There is no threat to the public and there are no injuries to report,” police said.

Police ask anyone with information about the incident to contact Det. Sgt Eric Shirley of Troop D in Concord by phone at 223-8805 or by email at Eric.Shirley@dos.nh.gov.
