A woman from Brentwood driving the wrong way on Interstate 93 in the early hours of Sunday morning was arrested by State Police in Concord.

Emily Lecuyer, 20, was first spotted driving south in the northbound lanes of the highway in Northfield around 3:30 a.m., State Police said. As other reports came in, Trooper Zachary Bilotta attempted to pull her over near exit 17, but she continued on. Near exit 16, Sgt. Anthony Pratt, waiting at a crossover, deployed a tire-deflation device and the car came to a stop near the I-393 interchange at exit 15.

Lecuyer  was arrested after a roadside investigation and faces charges of felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, driving under the influence and disobeying an officer. She was released on personal recognizance bail.
