■Summer Vacation Camp will provide youngsters with healthy options during the long summer months. Visit Franklin Parks & Recreation at franklinnh.org or drop by the office at Bessie Rowell Community Center or call 934-2118. It is not too soon to register.

■Community Wide Yard Sale will be Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Maps will be available in front of Franklin High School by 8 a.m. for $2, with proceeds supporting the Food Pantry.

■The Franklin Public Library Cookbook Club meets Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the library. Bring your favorite recipes to share. Call 934-2911 with questions.

■The Franklin Lions Club meets Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the Soda Shoppe. Call 848-3373 or email lioncheryllpwrs@aol.com with questions. TEDx, Trestle View Park Salon, “3D Printing on Mars,” takes place Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Franklin Studio. Erika Rydberg will talk about her experience doing 3D printing research at the Mars Desert Research Station. ■The TRIP Center will offer a Memorial Day Luncheon on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Enjoy the first picnic of the season with a delicious lunch. There will be a raffle and Bingo will follow lunch. Call 934-4151 to sign up.

■Franklin Public Library’s book club read for June 13 is ready for pick-up. The group will be reading Following Atticus by Tom Ryan. Call 934-2911 with any questions.

■As you are splitting your garden plants for this season, please save your thinned plants for the Franklin Historical Society’s annual plant sale to take place June 23 at Webster Place. Call Annette at 934-8222 with any questions.
