UNH men’s soccer reaches No. 4 in national rankings

UNH men’s soccer ranked No. 4

The University of New Hampshire men’s soccer team jumped three spots in the latest United Soccer Coaches poll that was released on Monday, raising the Wildcats to No. 4 in the nation.

UNH (12-0-1 overall, 4-0-0 America East) extended its undefeated streak to 13 games with a 1-1 tie against Yale at Wildcat Stadium on Tuesday. Graduate student Linus Fallberg (Jonkoping, Sweden) scored his fifth goal of the season in the 55th minute for the Wildcats. 

UNH will host the Vermont Catamounts in its Senior Night game in Durham on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Concord forward/midfielder Chris Pinkham is one of those seniors being honored. He has started eight of the 12 games he has played in this season, while sophomore defender Liam Bennett – also of Concord – has started six games and played in eight.
