Perma-Liner, a national company that uses installation technology to line decaying water pipes, is opening a warehouse in Bow next week.

The company, headquartered in Clearwater, Fla., also has distribution facilities in Anaheim, Calif.; New Castle, Del.; and Plainfield, Ill. The Bow facility will be at 7 Tallwood Drive in units 5, 6 and 7. The combined 7,500-square-foot site will include four employees.

The company will have an open house Tuesday and Wednesday.

The facility will be a pickup site for certified installers across New England, which the company says has old infrastructure that is rapidly failing. Perma-Liner’s technology and process allows installers to insert liners into old pipes, which the company says is less expensive than traditional “dig and replace” methods.
