For an event that celebrates the changing of the seasons and the turning of the leaves, some things manage to stay just the same. One is the Warner Fall Foliage Festival, which has surely evolved since its start in 1947. But the themes of community and nature have remained untouched. The festival launched on Friday, but there are two packed days remaining.  There’s a 5K and a fun run, an oxen-pulling competition, a grand parade, live music, and loads of food options.
