Facilities that care for the elderly and medically frail are taking steps to limit unnecessary contact with the outside world, even loved ones, leading to scenes like this once, seen at the New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Navy veteran Gregory Couture has been there for five weeks. His wife of 46 years, Celeste got a seat outside and the two shared cupcakes on either side of the window glass for St. Patrick's Day. Similarly, Concord Hospital is trying to limit visitors and has implemented a new rule that only one parent or guardian can visit pediatric patients at a time.
