The Hopkinton Historical Society is open by appointment on Thursdays and Friday. To schedule a visit, call 746-3825 or email nhas@tds.net or nhas_exec_dir@tds.net. Put on a face mask before entering the building, use hand sanitizer stations and follow social distancing guidelines. All visitors, employees and volunteers who are ill should stay home. All visitors, employees and volunteers with an elevated/high risk should stay home. This plan may be modified as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of visitors, employees, and volunteers.

New LondonArts on Green

Arts on the Green in Sunapee Harbor will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Juried artists and craftspeople will show and sell their work outdoors under safely spaced tents in Sunapee Harbor. Peruse oil, watercolor, pastels, pottery, stained glass, jewelry, metal, wood and more. This outdoor event is free, and offers a wonderful chance to purchase local fine art and crafts direct from the artists. Artists include Deb Ann Bacon, Debbie Campbell, Kathleen Curwen, Debra Grubbs, Karen Hartwell, Luci Lesmerises, Ryan Lonergan, On the Cusp Pottery, Harvey Porter, Victoria Sager, Erica Walker and Tatiana Yanovskaya-Sink.

It is time to sign up for Hopkinton Soccer Club’s Summer Skills Camp. Camp will be held Aug. 10 to 14, from 4 to 7 p.m. Hopkinton High School Varsity Coaches Scott Zipke and Mike Zahn will be directing the camp.
