Prepare for an evening filled with fun, family-friendly activities, including a costume dance party featuring DJ Darren on the City Plaza Stage. New this year is Trunk or Treat.  Join in our Spooktacular Costume Contest and prove it! We’ll have prizes for a variety of categories including, “Best Homemade Costume,” “Best Group Costume,” and “Best Store-bought Costumes,” for both kids and adults. We will also be having our annual pet costume contest! The costume contest kicks off at 6 p.m. at the stage but contestants should arrive at 5:45 p.m. Masks are strongly encouraged. Parking is available and recommended at the garages. To make way for all the fun and to ensure the safety of all attendees, North Main Street from Centre Street to Pleasant will be closed to all vehicles from 3 to 8:30 p.m.  Visit IntownConcord.org for more details or check out their Facebook page.
