An arrest warrant has been issued for Evan Hollins, 41, following a shooting on Duke Lane in Concord early Saturday morning.
Concord police say a male victim was transported to Concord Hospital with serious injuries.
It appears that the people involved know each other and that there is no immediate threat to the general public, police said.
