Rachael Dargie was named the employee of the year at the Franklin VNA and Hospice.

Terri Raymond of Bow has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, as vice president and regional market manager for the Central and Upper Valley New Hampshire Region. She has more than 17 years of retail banking experience, most recently working as vice president of consumer banking at Santander Bank in Boston.

Oreste “Rusty” Mosca, a CPA with Nathan Wechsler & Company, recently joined the board of directors of CATCH Neighborhood Housing.

Carol Sanborn, the quality improvement coordinator at Spalding Youth Center, earned its Spaulding Spirit Award. This quarterly peer-nominated recognition is awarded to one employee who exemplifies Spaulding Spirit and makes peers proud to be working by their side.

Julia Green was promoted to resource center clinical case manager at the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness. She will continue to serve as the clinical case manager and will take on the new responsibility of supervising staff and volunteers and being responsible for day-to-day operations of all our programs when the director of programs is absent.

Michael Caswell was hired as the emergency winter shelter and data manager. He previously worked for Friends Emergency Housing and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology. For the past eight years, he has worked extensively with data management, including state and federal reporting, while creating databases from scratch. He has volunteered at CCEH for close to a year, and will now be coming on board as a full-time employee.
