Add one more trophy to Taylor Silverstein’s case. The Concord High senior was named the Gatorade New Hampshire Boys’ Soccer Player of the Year last week. Silverstein, who will play at St. Anselm, set a school record with 17 goals in the 2017 high school season and led the Crimson Tide to the Division I championship.

Silverstein was also recognized as an All-American by the United Soccer Coaches association after the fall season, making him just the second player in Concord High history to earn that honor. Gatorade just announced its award because some states play soccer in the spring, and it announced all 50 boys’ soccer winners at the same time.
